Sepia series

Older pictures from the early 1900’s show nostalgic imagery, mostly very well composed – the photographers who were at the cradle of photography did not posess digital astuces to correct initial mistakes – and well thought over. Due to the presence of silver chemicals, these old pictures discolored and became brownish after a while. Such old brownish appearance can be easily simulated by the use of Sepia colours. But rather than buying the colour “Sepia” in a tube, it is much more challenging to try and compose your own “Sepia” with the aid of 3 basic colours.
